How refunds are handled across DeepSight assessments, programs and sessions.
Assessments
Once an assessment has been activated or started on the assessment platform, it cannot be refunded. Please contact us before starting if you are unsure which assessment fits your stage.
Programs and sessions
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Refund eligibility for programs depends on the program terms shared at the time of enrolment.
Requesting a refund
Write to us using the email address in the footer with your details and the service concerned. We will respond with the applicable next steps.
